I really do not get the point by doing such a thing anyway? Creating three sites, copying and pasting the same stuff on all of them and then having the same IP and trying to rank for ..

Try to avoid making all those three domains exactly the same content.

it will help you anyway even it will hurt your sites as copy content or duplicate content is the big issue for success of any seo campaign.
You must have unique content for each of your sites and also for every page if your site is content based for better return form any seo campaign.

The same content at the same IP.
You should not link them together.

You have made 2 big mistakes one is duplicate contents and 2 is hosted on the same IP address. 2 option is affect less but 1 is danger for your site. Use unique contents.

It's not a good idea to make identical sites. Google doesn't like duplicate content. You should revise each site and make all of them unique.

The IP address is not important - different Ip's do not denote distinct content. It will be neither better nor worse.
The problem lies in the same or substantially the same content being served from different urls. It's bad enough when that happens on a single site, if several pages show the same content, but it's worse across different domains.
It's hard to pinpoint at which level of sameness Google decides 2 pages are duplicates or near duplicates.
Nothing catastrophic will happen, but it's possible that out of N duplicates or near duplicates of a page Google may index just one - or rather one will be deemed important enough to show up in searches and the rest will be way down in the index. This is not shown immediately. It's gradual, as Google discovers duplicates with improved algorithms, it keeps on filtering them out. If it worked fine last years it may start not to work now.

site's using the same contents and IP's is definitely not a good practice if you want your site to rank high on SE then make the contents of each site's unique from each other.
