I want to improve my site's traffic and also page rank, regarding for that can any one help me or can any one suggest any good idea or any suggestion.

You'll need to make quality back links for your website. For this, send request to webmasters to exchange links with them. In other way, do directory submissions and use do follow comments blogs. It'll also help giving you quality and permanent back links.

Build quality Links( not quantity).. and also update the site with rich content.... daily monitor the site and continue promotion daily basis

I am newbie in SEO field so can you please tell me how can i build quality link for getting more traffic and getting PR also

Based on my experience, exchanging links with relevant blogs and websites can really boost pagerank. For traffic, I highly recommend social networking and bookmarking. These methods work!

keep collecting quality and your niche backlinks ,and as some one have told here it is hard to get backlinks from the .gov or .edu domains
