Don’t repeat the same title tag for multiple documents this is the biggest mistake I often see. Many of the sites are not even interested in giving a Title to their page and I come across many pages that are Titled “Untitled Document” if you are also using any similar Title then you are making a big mistake.

Right. At least a descriptive title for each pages will do.

You're absolutely right! Each page should have unique title tags. In addition, they should also be relevant to page content.

Yes, every page should have a unique title or the pages will be competing with one another for SERP rankings.
The title should be descriptive of a page's content. It should be within the standard length of a title.
Avoid long titles or you will be losing some keyword density scores and your title will not be SE bot-friendly.

You'd better accurately describe the page's content - Choose a title that effectively communicates the topic of the page's content.
And u should create unique title tags for each page - Each of your pages should ideally have a unique title tag, which helps Google know how the page is distinct from the others on your site.
