Tool to check ranking position

Hello. Does anyone know how to check TOP 1000 Google SERP? I found a few tools that check TOP 300, but can't find anything more. HELP?

Less is more. Websites who optimize for a handful of great keywords will get a higher position than those who optimize for a large number of decent keywords.

I wont suggest to check 1000 per page. Google will provide a approx ranking. Same if you check for 10 per page the ranking will be changed. I have tried.
