Hi,
One Of The Directories I Am In Is Being Reviewed By Google. Should I Be Concerned That My Website Will Be Penalized?

a site shopuld be penalized because it could be posted more times in a single row of submission it could be considered as spam site then it should be penalized

Directories are not recommended nowadays.

if you against terms and condition then only will be penalised.
