Internal links are links on a page on your site that go to another page on your site.An internal link is a type of hyperlink on a webpage.
Inbound links are other websites that link to your content. Both are valuable for SEO.Inbound links were originally important as a primary means of web navigation, today their significance lies in search engine optimization (SEO).
External links are those links that link outside of your domain to websites on the internet.
Outbound links are going out from your site to others.

Internal links are links that go from one page on a domain to a different page on the same domain. They are commonly used in main navigation.
+These type of links are useful for three reasons:
+They allow users to navigate a website.
+They help establish information hierarchy for the given website.
+They help spread link juice (ranking power) around websites.
External Links are hyperlinks that point at (target) any domain other than the domain the link exists on (source).
In layman's terms, if another website links to you, this is considered an external link to your site. Similarly, if you link out to another website, this is also considered an external link.
