These are the links pointing to other websites from your website and you have more control over these links. People have different views about outbound links and many say that it is against the SEO rules and search engines can penalize you for doing this. This approach is wrong; I know Google cannot penalize me if I put a link to Google inside my post. My theory is that you should link to relevant content if it gives more information to your readers. Bloggers are of the view that you lose traffic when you put outbound links in your posts but if you share useful resources then chances are that your readers will stick to your blog and will come back in search of more useful resources. But if you do put outbound links in your posts then make sure they are pointing to relevant, original and informative content".

Outbound Links are those links that point your website to a different website. It is also called external links, it directs away from your website by sending traffic externally to another website. It sends visitors away from your website. The outbound links direct visitors from pages on your website to other sites on the Internet. It is different from inbound links. Inbound links send visitors to other pages on your website while outbound links send visitors to entirely different sites. An outbound link for your website is an inbound link for others.
There are two types of Outbound Links
1. Do-Follow Link
2. No-Follow Link
Do-Follow Link:
Dofollow links are an HTML attribute that is used to allow search bots to follow the links. It is used for relevant links.
No Follow Link:
Nofollow links are those links that tell search engines which links are ignored. Because Nofollow links do not pass PageRank they likely don’t impact search engine rankings.

These are the connections highlighting different sites from your site and you have more command over these connections. Individuals have various perspectives about outbound connections and many say that it is against the SEO rules and web search tools can punish you for doing this. This methodology is off-base; I realize Google can't punish me assuming I put a connection to Google inside my post. My hypothesis is that you should connect to significant substances assuming it gives more data to your perusers. Bloggers are of the view that you lose traffic when you put outbound connections in your posts yet assuming you share valuable assets then, at that point, odds are your perusers will adhere to your blog and will return search of more helpful assets. Yet, assuming that you really do place outbound connections in your posts then, at that point, ensure they are highlighting pertinent, unique and useful substance".

These are links that point to a page or a site from another website, they are inbound(going towards the site) and by law they have to be clearly labeled as an advertisement. These links appear on the sidebars and sometimes at the bottom of web rank sites. This is a common practice but it can be helpful to users, because they often provide information that is useful when making purchase decisions.
