how to index all backlinks?

Hello friends,
I have recently checked my backlinks, more than 60 % of backlinks has not indexed in Google, please suggest me how to index all backlinks.

I will suggest you to use pinging software which help to get good amount backlink to get index

Step 1 – Enter URLs
To get started, you would log into your account and gain access to your Dashboard. Once there, simply upload or enter all the URLs you want to get indexed. These are typically forum profile links or Web 2.0 blog articles that you built and now want Google to Index to ensure more juice passes to your Money Site.
Step 2 – Click "Add"

Step 3 – Processing
Your links are syndicated across a large network of Unique C Class IP Blogs, Web 2.0 Blogs, Micro Blogs, Social Bookmarking Sites, and RSS Aggregators. All links are paired with content to ensure maximum crawlabilty without the bad spam aftertaste.
Step 4 – URL Monitoring
You can easily monitor the status of your links as they are pushed through the system. You will see a section for Pending links(links which are waiting to be processed through the system, and Processed links(links which have completed processing. URLs can be sent through the system as many times as you would like.

Ping your links ONE time.
Submit your links to Linklicious ONE time.
Wait a few days and track your results.
Build a web 2.0 on Blogger.com – link to your backlinks that aren't indexed yet.
Build social signals.
Make sure you track your results.

I've had good results manually going in and clicking my backlinks myself. If it doesn't work the first time, I use a different computer or a different location and that usually does the trick!

How do you know that only 60% are indexed. I've never found any software that 100% accurately shows indexed links

Wow, didn't know that you could do this... how do you check if your backlink has been indexed by google though? do you use website like semrush / neilpatel to check if it's been indexed by google? or is there an easier way to check?
