I‘d like to do link exchanged, but my website PR is 0 now, is that ok?

I haven't tried for link exchange yet but it looks pretty useful. Can uyou plz provide more information regarding it ?

Although there are good tools out there, I would still refrain from automatic tools as I want to ensure quality of what I'm doing.

Hi,

I think your way (Auto) can invite many spammers to paste there garbage links in our websites.

Thanks

I really don't trust these kind of link exchange websites. I think it will be better if you just email directly the webmasters of the sites you wish to exchange links with..
