How can I evaluate my backlinks done in a month?? how can I check whether they are giving any results??

To know about that you really get backlinks from third party website check your website Google Search Console. And to know that it effectively drives traffic to your own site check it in Google Analytics.

Log into your webmaster tools account. In your Dashboard, click on the "More" link under Top Search Queries.
You will then see a list of your top keywords.
Click on a particular keyword you want to view the ranking data for. ...
You can modify the results by changing the date range and country to your desired choices.
