I have a website related to Mortgages.I am working on it but it is not getting top rank in google give me suggestions after looking it.Please check their meta if it is not right suggest me what to modify.

I agree with Vistadivine. Redesign Your site. There is a lot of unused information and ads.
If you think that google ads will grow up your PR then you are wrong.
They are helpless. So try to add more useful things than that ADS.

You site has no real value to any visitor. It looks like you might be on the edge of keyword stuffing and search engines dont like that. Redesign the site and get quality content that will be useful to your visitors!

Yeah it's just packed with adsense, site needs more content!

My recommendations:

1) Buy a new website
2) Do your SEO on your site
3) When you get traffic, start putting ads on your site

I know it sound like everyone has been a bit aggressive towards your site, but it screams of spam site.

If you are serious about this site and generating income from it you need to first decide if you can monetize this site without such a heavy adsence presence? If the answer is yes, then you should begin by taking the site template and writing some really good content for it. By this I mean several pages for a start, not just a paragraph here and there.

Then you need to start with a homepage that is filled with really useful and optimized content (not over optimized and spammy though) and then add more pages as you create them. Dont have any links on your site that go to a rubbish pages just to make your site seem bigger.

Every time you create a page ask yourself, would you bookmark this page because it is so full of really useful info. If the answer is yes, then you are beginning to build a site that has the potential to be very successful.

Make sure you get rid of your link farm (the add link section) as well because that is doing you no good at all.

Did you read one of those "Get rich quick with adsense" type ebooks? Hope you didn't pay for

guies inspair ur managmen but u have some week in own tif wanna more information to get or able to high in rank with best content however u could find all of without look defrent , some more u get too...

If you want to get high SERP then you have to add more good content and try to get more backlinks from related sites.

I already visit the website as well and same thing i noticed.You should have a balance between the links and content of your site.
