Hi
I've put together some sites and am looking for some advice on utilizing linkwheels to boost my traffic and backlinks.
How have you incorporated them, and does anyone favour certain methodologies?
Thanks in advance.

Link wheels can work if you break this wheel in one place. Otherwise, Google won't count such links. I'm not sure whether it will ban you or not but it won't count such links, all of them.

Linkwheels are bad, don't opt for that. You can get penalized from listing your site there.
