keyword density question improve ratings yes or no

Does keyword concentration result in higher ratings?
If so,
If I filled a page with 300 words (say 2 keywords only) and hid the text from view, would that be a bad idea?
or would I be penalised in some way?

I’m a little confused - if i have 10 good associated keywords is it better to associate 1 page with 2-3 keywords and another with another 2-3 etc,
or
stick all 10 on one page?
or
have a few pages with all 10
?
