I don't know about 24 hours, but if you can get a PR5 backlink it should be on within 3-4 days.

Submit your site through link directories or Create an article for your site and submit it through article directories with your link on the resource box and it'll be crawled and get indexed. Not sure if it will take only 24 hours but it'll definitely not take that long. i did it for my blog.
