You can find a lot of SEO professionals from directly a google search.As I've not tried any professionals I mustn't refer anybody.But you may hire from Seomoz or Seobook,their reputation is very nice.
But instead why don't you hire any professionals here on this forum.

Good advice.. Your pagerank will not get update until a pagerank update, which happen only 3-4 time per year..until the next one..you will remain at 0.

Very nice layout. The homepage is a good landing page. But it looks like you're targeting competitive keywords. I suggest you revise them.

Doing SEO is not a difficult task, you can do it on your own as well. All you need to do is spend few hours everyday on your website in order to get some good amount of backlinks to your site, post a good and unique content on your site and update is regularly.
I dont think you will really need any SEO Co. to work for you.
