Hello everyone, I have used submit express in the past to add my sites to the search engines. I have a few that need work but figure I can use what I learn on one of them and apply it to the others.
I have 3 main sites and 2 have a pr of 3 and one a pr 4. I also have 2 other small sites and own 2 other urls I am not using at the present time.
The main site I would like looked at and hopefully get some seo suggestions on is
http://www.groundnpound.org
It has a pr of 3 and the main keywords I figured would work best where
mma news
mma
mixed martial arts
mma events
mma interviews
ufc
etc

any and all help is greatly appreciated

Is it that bad?

You need to put all your keywords in your title tag.
Your currecnt title tag is:
MMA News - Mixed Martial Arts Forums

These are already covered in your title tag:
mma news
mma
mixed martial arts

I would change the title to the following to cover all keywords:
MMA News - Mixed Martial Arts Forums, Events, Interviews, UFC, ETC

Make sure teh keuwords appear once or twice in your site content in text areas, in Image ALT Tags and Links.

if you are looking for to rank your website easily then you have to go for On Page optimization deeply. As i go through your on page activities there are some issues like keyword proximity, semanticity, promiance etc. And there are so many on page factors which must be in our web page to rank in a well manner.

For right direction and good examples on how could rank your site, read Google SEO Starter guide..

you can make use of forum signature so you can target your keyword through anchor text.... it will not only help you improve keyword rankings but also it can generate traffic.

I check out your site and you need to build links so think about that.
