Now most SEO experts do not recommend submitting to SE. Updating constantly will bring SE spiders to your site.
If you really want to submit, here is the url:

I use official.my and it submits to over 300 search engines, but mostly the smaller ones if you're waiting to be indexed by the bigger search engines so that you can still get traffic.

as far as i know no need to submit your site in SE.U v already the crawlers and robots ,which automatically crawl your site.

Very true as google will automatically find you and put you according to the amount of traffic on your site.

you don't need to submit your new website to search engines, all you have to do is to link build your new website like social bookmarkings to indexed faster your website and search engines will visit your site..

submit your site on google,yahoo,or bing

Make sure you are submitting it manually...dont use any service or software
