when designing webpages it has to be ensured that the HTML code needs to be clean, as a clean HTML code would always result in helping the search engines.A clean HTML code enables the pages to load fast.

you need to combine html and css for that, xhtml would also work. doing div rather than table.

A cleaner code will make a SE crawlers job easier. Easier to debug (in case you coded something).

Plus, a clean HTML code, if possible should be free of tables or scripts, with navigation menus built using UL and LI tags, with all the written content separated by main headers using at least the H1 and H2 tags, and finally, with a document type declaration would be considered not only a search engine friendly and optimized web site, but also a properly built one.

When creating a webpage using plain HTML, make sure you make it short. Short lines of codes are search engine friendly. Dynamic webpages with Java content are hard to index, especially for Google bots.

Once the itching, it is easy to forget the most obvious design. Both drawing wireframes and site diagrams OmniGraffle or Visio, or even worthless, you can save time by having an overview of the project site and the page level, before starting construction. Obvious errors can be identified and resolved before it is too late to go back and explain ideas to clients and colleagues a lot easier than shaking hands in the air.

Please do not forget about images, engines and apps added to a page as well as any other bells and whistles. It is not all about the html as the visuals count also. How about interactivity? If your site is not optimized, does not have an adequate amount of bandwidth to handle traffic then what good is html by itself?

You shared great tips. Web style should be clean so that the buyer is good. Also, after developing the internet site, we should examine it with w3 validation.
