How to do SEO:
1. On-Page Optimization: title tags, meta tags, h1/h2 tags, alt attributes, keywords, description, sitemap, robots.txt.
2. Off-Page Optimization: social bookmarking, article submission, classified ads, press release, link exchange, hub page, link wheel.

Press Relese

Artical submission
any many more.

How to SEO?
IMO, first thing to do is analyze the website. Study the website if it will attract user, check if its user friendly, and check all the links if workings, and all the necessary things that users need in that website are present, and the most important is content, because in your content you can attract your customer and possible to believe in what your content says, for me its the heart of one website, some says content is the king..
After analyzing your website, do the on page and off page optimization..
