I am new in seo.....can someone please tell me how often the content of the site should be changed or modified, is it really necessary?

I had read this article before (forgot the site's name), its actually based from the experience person itself tellin' that bots love sites that updates or adds content daily. I also proved it true as I do it on my own site and it gets good traffic and eventually after 3 months Ive got a good of PR of 3.

I think updating your content regularly can be really a good cause for getting more visitors to your site. You need to update ono regular basis good and rich content.

I have my old websites before and I usually update it with two unique article everyday

yes you need fresh content for your site because it contributes in increasing your page rank. at least you posty 3 contents a week. Then ping or bookmark it.
