You can use backlinkwatch.com.it is very useful.You can even view anchor tag and dofollow-nofollow links in it.

Each website and tool use their own parameters to count backlinks, due to this result be different. Even though Google backlinks is accepted but it show very few. Therefore you should go for YBL (Yahoo Back Links).

Different SE or sites have different algorithm to collect backlinks of sites. Yahoo site explorer can show most number up to a thousand. Other SE limits showing backlinks of sites like Google only give sample or portion of backlinks while MSN totally closed reporting backlinks of sites.

I advise you to have look on the backlinks listed in google webmaster tools.

Counting of Backlinks depends upon the algorithms of the Search Engine.
Google is definitely little strict than others therefore the backlinks shown in google ar always low compared to other Search Engines.

Check it in yahoo site explorer. If you have Google webmaster tools account means you can check it there.
