you need unique and original articles for the squidoo and if you will create the lenses than you can get the back link and back links are very impotent for website ranking.

To increase the PR you demand to have the more and more backlinks as well as huge traffic. Traffic cab be heightened by using social media websites.

More promotions will help a lot in getting traffic to a Squidoo article. As for PR, you might want to increase its visibility on high ranking sites.

Post the link on social bookmarking as well as social media websites, you will not only get backlinks but they helps in generating traffic.
