The one thing that I can say here is PATIENCE. Depending on the amount of links you have, the amount of traffic you recieve, and the amount of content you have, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to get listed. You want to make sure that you do as much as you can for your site, and make sure that you list it on any post that you write.
There is not a specific time frame to get you listed to #1. You could pay thousands hoping for this, but unless you have great content and links, it is going to be impossible. These are two of your most critical factors.

It is totally depends on how to get a new sites & how you are going to optimise the things.
