Is anyone aware of some tool through which I can check whether the entered URLs are indexed in Google, Yahoo and Bing?

I use SEOpen for that, it also includes Alexa and other tools.

There are many tools which show index results if site is indexed in search engines such as webconfs.com, Seo Quake. Besides it you can you manually as well.

For me SEOQuake has been the best tool for this purpose till now. You can use this as an add on in your mozilla firefox browser.
