Just make sure to create links from relevant and DoFollow sites because Google gives more value on them.

Nothing special! Everyone knows that who are doing SEO. Please try to share something that is interesting and effective also.
Sorry to say I don't agree with two of your suggested tips-
First submit site in Search Engines - Completely useless and wasting of time. Google will find out your site and crawl it.
Directory submission- Now this step is also not considered as a useful way to get high ranking in search engines. There are very few directories where posting can be fruitful. But posting in other lots of directories is also wasting of time. Most of the places take much time in approving and also Google does not give value them as backlinks.

i think if your contents will unique, each search engine will recieve that site warmly and will be indexed automatically.
if useless/copy/paste than anything cant give you s-engines favour
