Is anyone aware of some tool through which I can check whether the entered URLs are indexed in Google, Yahoo and Bing?

SEOpen Toolbar for your browser. All the needed tool aside from cached page are there.

That site features to show result from Google, Yahoo & Bing at one search, you can try to use the index:domain.com command and see if the entered site is indexed in them..
