100 submission per day is ok
but not in a single one but use different forum

1000 backlinks within monts is so organic progres.
But You can try and more of them without trouble. I agree that safety zona is under 100 links per day from diferent source...

No it's not if your website is old. I tried doing 60 post on different forums a day.

You mean posts and comments, right? If these 40 submissions that you say are not done to a single forum, then you should be fine. On our part, we take care not to post or comment more than 10 times per forum, so we won't be seen as spamming. Of course, when you do post or comment on forums, you also have to take care about what you say because you can still be seen as spamming even if you post only one comment and you did not do it right.
