Is there such a thing as too many back links?

i started an adult tube site and I'm considering doing link exchange so i need to post other people's link on my site.

Is there a limit of links i should put up? does the amount of outbound links affect my PR? Should i put all the links on a separate page other than my main page?

i have read about link juice but its mostly about inbound link juice, but is it bad to give out too much outbound links?

i already know that it is important that outbound links be relevant to your site for SEO
