Google instant is a new feature of google search engine. I hope it is not related to SEO from our side.
There is new enhanced algorithm used to get the related words which you have keyed in the search text box.

If you try to key in "submitexpress"

google will show the related text list as follows:
submitexpress
submitexpress.com review
submitexpress.co.uk
submitexpress review
submitexpress.com/submit.html

Google declared this feature reduced more time to key in the search text.
