What areas do you think are currently the most important in organically ranking a site?

Web design... I offer free websites and cheap web design and web development, logo and graphic design services.

I think article submission is the most important for the seo to support your ranking.

Valuable and original content are Kings

Use the target keywords that would pretty be searched by users one t two word keywords, use google Adword tool to monitor its volume, density and competition references..this way you can get potentially nice organic ranking on search engines though the right keywords

I believe article writing and submission is the most effective method in seo.. second is link building with theme related sites and then forum and blog posting..next is social bookmarking and directory submissions..

Forums and articles are most important aspects according to me.

That would be quite a difficult one to answer. One thing that I can say is that you need to come up with a good strategy that will cover all aspects of optimization for your pages.

Actually, in SEO, all techniques are very important since all of those techniques are really helpful in getting and increasing quality backlinks and traffic.
