Please see my site and give me suggestion why my site ranking down in Google. Last 10 days my site rank on Google in 5th position (Diwali Gifts Keywords) but today I check my site rank on Google in 15 position. What can I do for return my site previous ranking....

It is not surprising for a new launched site to acquire top ranking rapidly only to get rearranged down later. I don't think your site has been reprimanded in any way, just resume your link building efforts and sooner or later your ranking will soothe to an advantageous or flattering position.
