Its not matter how many forum posting but you need to improve quality of your post then you can post as you can.

There is no limit as ling as you are posting valuable comment. But remember don't spam the forum. If your are banned from the forum it is very very tough to get back. Forum is great way to learn at the same time you can earn backlinks as well.

Post relevance is the important in the forum submission.

It depends on the forums which you are working, Normally, If you can give useful and healthy replies to the threads or ability to start useful & attractive new threads - You would be allowed to do more posts per day. But, I never cross, more than 5-6 posts on a single forum per day. Because, it took me long time to deliver useful replies or new threats

The limit in forum posting is depends on the site. Don't just make a post but share a quality content for the readers and don't spam your post.
