I am a regular visitor to the forum and have been following your posts very closely. But in recent times, the more I have read, the more confused I get. I have been working on the online promotion of my website, which has been launched recently. I am also trying to learn more about backlinking. But I have no idea where I should begin my work from. Don't be confuse friend, I will remove your confusion here. Backlinks are food of SEO, If you want to get good page rank,traffic and top ten listing so your site should have enough,quality and search engine's like backlinks. There are mainly two type of backlinks as below:

*Do Follow(It increase traffic,SERP and Page Rank)
*No Follow(It generate only traffic)
