I have created links for my site www.moviesonlinewatch.com ,when i was counting the number of links i see that some links are nofollow.
I want to know will nofollow effects on search engine ranking?.I only want to increse my search engine ranking.

Yes. The link you get from nofollow blog will pass the value.

Try to built some do follow backlinks you ll get result as fast.

1. Created a links with unique search phrase inside using NOFOLLOW attribute
2. Google Webmasters tools showed those links as backlinks with keywords taken from it.
3. It appeared in the top of Google search when I used this unique phrase.

There are different rules for search engine, like google not count or give any importance to nofollow links and yahoo count nofollow links in its backlinks.

Google not crawled the link with nofollow tag but it can be useful for the site in visitor point of view. I think if you have the links with site content(description etc.) then your site content surly crawled by the crawler and its make a benefit for the site.

No follow backlinks are also important. But, try to get do follow backlinks from good sites.

If a link has a nofollow attribute means it tells the crawler to not to follow that link and it removes the SEO value of the link. so no follow links are useful to generate the traffic.

Nofollow backlinks means that Google has not any value of the in its search engine.

it means Google doesn't give any value. it's important also, but better to look for dofollow back links too. It will help much to your rank in Google.

I've made a lot of nofollow backlinks for my site, but it seems that they have even done worse for it. Could it be because of this? I thought they wouldn't do any harm. Now I'm trying to get only dofollow backlinks.
