How could i signify a site as a Google blacklisted site?

Hi
As a SEO i notice that this is an important factor to signify a site which is Google black listed. But the question is what is the quickest and easiest way to find out which site is Google blacklisted or not???????????.....

www.yoursite.com tells you what Google knows about you site is an indication how much is your site liked or disliked the Google. And you won't get result despite you work hard.

www.yoursite.com is the way to search your site in Google. Its shows results from your site. Write your sites URL after
site: and search for it. You will find the URLs indexed by Google of your website.
