I will start internal linking for website but I want to clear this thing in my mind so please tell me. Is that google ban the site because of internal linking?

Hi,
Well overuse of anything can have a negative effect. As best practice you should limit the number of links on the page, because this could affect the user experience. Too many internal links on a page off the flow can turn users away.
