SEO strategy for a new website

Can any body help me out for making a fresh SEO strategy for a new website; through which we can get 3-4 keywords on top 10 results in Google in 3 months. Give me exact figure how many directory submissions, Bookmarking, articles, Blogs, classifieds, etc which things are necessary for this task, plz provide me these things in details

You can't say that your site will surely visible on first page of search engine. You can do your best but result is not in your hand. And I agree with full house that you shouldn't have to go for number of posting but main thing is relevancy of seo work. You can do all seo things to rank your site up in serp but you can't go for spamming, it can harm your result in search engine.

You have to do quality work in on-page and off-page both. Update fresh content in your website on regular basis. Build quality back links with different domain links as much as possible. It will be helpful for new website.

Hi. If you are targeting to get your site in the first page of search engines having a 3-4 keywords it must be a long shoot. SEO is a working process. You will consume most of your time thinking and making your site visible to search engines. But still what you want is possible if your chosen keywords has low competitive results but high in search results in search engines. And like what they are suggesting, unique and fresh content for the spiders to crawl, link building with quality backlinks.

I think that keyword is very important in site's content, link and image anchor text,titles, description, URLs, site navigate, heading tags and Google keyword tool is best for it.
