I agree with all of the above opinion about on-page optimization. And I just want to add that in on-page optimization you should choose the right keywords for your site and to each of the sub-pages of your site. Use keywords that best described your site with low competitive results but high in search results in search engines.

In an on page optimization you should target the right keywords. An you should put a keywords that is unique. Definitely on page optimization focus on relevancy, quality and usefulness of the content.
