First of all I don't think this kind of website can help to improve alexa rank and if does then what is the use of alexa rank which is improved by automated software.If you want to grow your business then dialy traffic and good SERP is required than alexa ranking.

Get more traffic on your site or blog the alexa will come down.

Alexa and page rank aren't that important. That is a algorithm, which Google made intentionally. Some sites can have a rank of 3 or even 4, but Google doesn't index their content. The other side is that some sites have a page rank of 0 and a high alexa, million and something, but the content in the is being indexed fast. In general, things vary.
