yes. you can find lot of do follow sites in google. if you want to know manually just right click on the page --- view page source--- ctrl+f---type nofollow--- if it shows nofollow link in <h rel tag then it is nofollow . otherwise dofollow.

Install some Firefox adds on that capable of checking if the site has a nofollow attribute...
