Hi friends,
I want to increase my own website visibility and I also want to make my web site SEO work by my own. But I am quit confuse plese anyony tell me what step am I do for my website optimisation? I also tell you that I dont have much experience of On page SEO so please suggest me what am I do for my web optimisation effectively?

Well, you can start it by onpage optimization to make your site more visible in search engines. Then, offpage optimization to build backlinks and traffic to your site.

I think you should start with the basic. Read the tutorials on SEOmoz. It provides comprehensive information you need to get on the road to professional quality SEO. Then apply what you've learned on your website.
