Increasing bounce rate means your website visitors do not stay for long in your site and move away quickly to another website. So many factors can be responsible for increasing bounce rate like irrelevant keywords, lack of good quality content, high loading time, poor navigation etc. If you unable to stop the increasing rate of your sites' bounce rate then definitely you'll start loosing your business through your website.

I suggest that you use the right keywords for the right landing page of your site. And of course, submit your links to relevant niche of your page. And along with it, your site content plays a big role in reducing your bounce rate. Creating content that will get your viewers read more, stay longer, and browse other pages of your site should be your first priority.

Bounce rate measures the number of people who arrive at your site, then leave your site after viewing just one page.
• A low bounce rate indicates that the site is attracting the right kind of audience, and that visitors are exploring the site's content.
• A high bounce rate suggests that visitors are not finding what they are looking for when they arrive on the site, and are going back to their search engine to find something else.
Here are some ways to reduce your site’s bounce rate:
1. Make Data-Informed Decisions
2. Prioritize & Optimize
3. Utilize Profiling and Segmentation
4. Maintain Keyword Integrity
5. Improve Loading Times

Monitoring your bounce rate is as important as checking your daily traffic. When you have high bounce rate, it means that visitors of your site leave right away as soon as they landed your page. Meaning they are not interest on it or your page loading consumes too much time.
To improve your website and having low bounce rate, improve all your contents as well as lessen the page's images and or heavy contents for faster page loading.

I have also done an experiment for improving bounce rate and got a conclusion as quality submissions also help a site to decrease bounce rate.

It's my own experience that bounce rate can be minimise by giving quality submissions to various sites or we can say by doing quality off page seo.
