Flash will be hard to become search engine friendly as there is no text for it to be spidered, just script.Your meta tags will be the only importance, so you may want to research your keywords for your site
If your site is not fully flash - apply text and good HTML parameters on your page, most search engine spiders the source of your page the the visual page itself, so scripts really do not work well with Search Engines.
Hope this will help you!!
