Well, first know what your site is all about. Try to think of keywords that suits your site. And you can use google keyword tool to know what other keywords you can use. And it will also provide you stats of its competition, and how popular the keyword.

I use keyword by using Google adwords keyword research tool.
I am using this tool since a year and it gives me a perfect result.It is the best tool.

I have always prefer to use "Google Ad words tools" for key word research. This tools provides visibility of keywords in global and its provide unique result then other tools...
