Dear friend,
Link wheel means connect the web page from one to one like a wheel. For instance A(blogspot.com)=> B=> C=> D=> E=> A. Thats all. Use web 2.0 property sites for that. Finish the link wheel ahter that share the blogger content in popular social bookmarking sites like delicous, digg, folkd and more.
Thanks,
Off Page SEO
Notes: Don't create all page at one day. take one day for one page at different IP.

Social Networking and Social Publishing sites are the best way to implement Link Wheel Technique, but it must apply in a natural way such as different IPs and high-quality content for the website.

Just make official pages for your site and link them to your site, and also link to them from your site..

A link wheel basically is a process in which you build a dozen or so new blogs/web pages using web 2.0 properties such as squidoo, blogger, hubpages and etc, all on the same topic as your main blog or website. Then, on each of these mini sites, you write one unique quality article that includes a link to your main website or blog and another link to one of the other new blogs you just built.
