Which navigation method is beneficial?

Hello Friends. Website optimization is not an easy task for me. I know that it is very important task. Can you guide me on the navigation subject? I want to know that which navigation method proves more effective or beneficial for search engines and users?

What exactly do you mean on navigation method? Is it the site internal linking structure? Use bread crumb linking and putting sitemap really help both users and search engine in navigating and indexing sites.

I highly suggest to read google SEO starter guide, and google webmaster guidelines to get the most out of it.
