I think for better keyword research you can use Google adwords keyword tool. This one is the best tool to search keyword as per your website business. I am using it from a long time and I am completely satisfied with it.

We don't research keywords for SEO. We always research them for a website to get (ROI). It depends on what type of services or products you are going to offer to the peoples. For example you are providing services of moblie then you choose the keywords Mobile accessories, Mobile charger, mobile chips, Memory card etc....i hope you got it
