Is there any software or tool which searches web or article directory list ? If yes then please suggest me the name or link.

No Software but there is a website that will do the same
onewaytextlink.com

They have a HUGE Database of Link Directories to submit too.

That's an awesome resource you have just shared - thanks so much! I've been looking for a quality list of Paid Directories to submit to, and this will definitely help.

There are many free resources available for directories, social bookmarking, blogs, articles, forums etc. on google. You just have to type a right query what you want. And so many results you will get.
for example vmoption.com sorce for directories.
