Can any one pls tell me what are all the essential things in On page optimization?

There are a few that you will want to focus on, if you have the wordpress platform you can install a plugin called all-in-one SEO pack - great tool.

Here are the things I focus on for on page SEO

1) make sure your keyword is in the URL
2) make sure you include your keyword(s) in the description box
3) include the keyword in your title and header
4) keyword density is not really relevant anymore, but just make sure you have the keyword in your content - don't keyword stuff, make sure your content flows well.
5) If you insert an image, make sure that image has a description with your keyword in it

Focus on these factors and you will do well with on page seo, next step is off page seo!
