Different between Black Hat and White Hat SEO techniques?

Hello All
What is Black hat SEO after all. I have been doing SEO for a long time now and use the most genuine techniques listed on googles terms and Conditions. The title tag, the Links the Description metas and all the usual stuff. Could someone explain what BLACKHAT seo is . What is the thing which distinguishes Black hat seo from the White hat Couterpart

Everything which violates Google ranking guidelines are considered as Black hat SEO, such as reciprocal linkings, link bomb, automatic submissions, +1 spam etc all are balck hat, and those which obeys google guide lines are considered as whitehat

I completely agree with you. Following the guidelines of search engine is the ethical way of doing SEO and that is called White Hat SEO. On the contrary, Black Hat SEO involves deception and the techniques which are stated here are not so good to put in use as they are unethical.
Cloaking, Paid Links, Keyword Stuffing, Link Farm, Hidden Links, Doorway Pages are also the Black Hat techniques.

Race Among websites to attain High Ranking has brought about a Number of methods and technique used to achieve this goals. These Methods can be characterized into two Groups depend on there acceptability to search engines.
White Hat SEO – SEO Methods that conform to search engine Guidelines are White Hat
Black Hat SEO – SEO Methods those are viewed as less acceptable are called Black Hat

Main diffence is one is legal and other is totally illegal. That's right black hat is illegal way of doing search engine optimization whereas white hat is legal way of doing SEO. Search engine give good ranking against white hat SEO... Cheers..

Ideally, any artificial way to build a backlink should be counted as a Black Hat activity. And only those links, which a website gets without any kind of influence to the provider should be counted in White Hat activity.
But in real world with real competition, it would not be wise to assume that individuals won't try to build artificial backlinks. One clear example of black hat activity is to pay to get a backlink.

White Hat seo:
White hat seo is a organic Seo
Black Hat seo is a Paid getting Links.
Google prepared and giving preference white hat seo only.

now there is no blackhat seo because of google's penalty
